Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of services from Verified AL Pros LLC (“Verified AL Pros,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing a package or plan, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide business support services to contractors and small businesses, including CRM setup, standard operating procedure (SOP) writing, AI tool setup (such as AI call answering and website chat), virtual assistant hours, compliance tracking, and government-contracting support such as SAM.gov registration assistance, NAICS code selection, capability statements and bid monitoring. What is included in each package is described on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Not a government agency

Verified AL Pros LLC is a private consulting firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Government, the General Services Administration (GSA), the Small Business Administration (SBA), or the State of Alabama. Registration on SAM.gov and state procurement portals is free from the government. Our fees are for our time, expertise and preparation work.

3. No guarantee of awards or revenue

We do not guarantee that you will win any contract, bid, certification or set-aside, or that you will earn any particular amount of revenue. Government agencies make their own decisions.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and access we need to do the work.
• Keep ownership of your own accounts. For SAM.gov and Login.gov, you create and control your account and add us as an authorized user. We will never ask for your Login.gov password.
• Review and approve documents and registrations before they are submitted. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted in your name.
• Pay for any third-party software, subscriptions or fees (for example CRM, phone or AI tool subscriptions) unless a package states otherwise.

5. Payment

Package prices are paid in full at purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month until canceled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

6. Delivery timelines

Delivery times listed on our website (for example, “10 business days”) begin once we have received payment and the information and access we need from you. Delays caused by missing information, client approvals or third-party systems (including government portals) pause the timeline.

7. Ownership of work

Once paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you, including your SOPs, capability statement and configured systems. We may reuse our general templates, methods and know-how.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your services, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost contract opportunities.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Verified AL Pros LLC collects, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and details about your business when you contact us, book a consultation or buy a service.
• Information needed to deliver services: business records you share with us, such as registration details, customer lists for CRM setup, or documents for SOPs.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools that keep the site working and help us understand how it is used.

How we use information

• To respond to you and schedule consultations
• To deliver, support and bill for the services you buy
• To send service updates and, if you agree, occasional news about our services (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To keep our website secure and improve it
• To meet legal and tax obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our website host, payment processor, email and scheduling tools), when you ask us to (for example, submitting a registration on your behalf), or when required by law.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, limit access to people who need it, and never ask for your Login.gov or banking passwords.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending marketing emails, by contacting us at hello@verifiedalpros.com. We may keep certain records when required by law.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time packages

• Before work starts: cancel for a full refund.
• On-time guarantee: if we miss your package’s delivery date for reasons within our control, we refund 20% of the package price and still finish the work.
• After work starts: because our time and preparation begin right away, payments are not refundable once work has started, except under the on-time guarantee or if we are unable to complete the work, in which case we refund the portion not delivered.

Digital products (ebooks, workbooks, templates)

• Because digital files are delivered instantly, ebook and template sales are final once the download link is issued.
• If a file won’t download or open, email hello@verifiedalpros.com within 14 days and we’ll send a working copy or refund you if we can’t fix it.

Bundles

• Bundles that include services follow the one-time package rules above. Cancel before work starts for a full refund of the bundle price, minus the listed price of any ebooks already downloaded.
• The on-time guarantee applies to each service included in the bundle.

Third-party costs & website renewals

• Domain, website platform (such as Wix), hosting, software subscriptions and government or state fees are paid to those providers and are not refundable by us once purchased.
• Website packages include the first year of the website plan and domain, purchased on your behalf in your own account. After the first year, all recurring fees are your responsibility and are billed to you directly by the provider, including the website plan, domain renewal, and any add-ons, apps, email or storage you choose. Provider prices can change at renewal.
• You own your website account and domain. We are added as a collaborator and can be removed at any time. If a plan or domain lapses because it wasn’t renewed, the provider may take the site offline or release the domain; we aren’t responsible for lapsed renewals.

Monthly plans

• Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice by emailing hello@verifiedalpros.com.
• You will not be billed for future months after cancellation takes effect. Months already billed are not refunded, and unused virtual assistant hours do not carry over or convert to refunds.

How to request a refund

Email hello@verifiedalpros.com or call 205-516-3224 with your name, business name and the package purchased. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
